Good pace with Tigers. Was going to go with Jackals but decided that because of another hard race on Sunday, and considering I did intervals on Tuesday as well, I'd go for the easier group tonight. A few tough hills but felt good!

U16 - 8 minute run, anywheres (1min), squat jumps (1min). Pretty painful first half hour.... Then played killer (a shooting game) which I jointly won!
Then gave myself a half hour rest to do my English homework.
Seniors just played matches for the hour, after 10 mins of a drill with centre court players.

Library loops. 4 short, ~550m, 10m. 3 long, ~870m, 10m. Felt the weekend in my legs. Bit slower than usual but good session!

No netball (end of season which, funnily enough, starts again in about 3 weeks!) so taking a rest day and catching up with some work.
