Steep Ridings hills. 5x80m, 10m; 5x70m, flat. Hills were sooooo steep and the lactate build up was ridiculous by the 4th and 5th reps. 19s for each I think! Flat reps felt downhill after the hills! All about 12s. Really short session but couldn't have done any more of them hills in all honesty.....
