Orienteering race 53:28 [4] *** 6.58 km (8:08 / km) +165m 7:13 / km
spiked:20/26c

Tankersley. Short blue, 5.7km.
Clean for the first lot and running felt alright, just a tad sluggish from a late night... #8 I missed because I thought it was at the top of the slope and then realised it wasn't and got stuck in some brambles on the way back down -.- lost ~1min. #14 I was too far right and had to readjust myself - lost~45secs. #15 slightly too far right again - lost~25secs. Rest were pretty good just small misses here and there... And I definitely felt very tired by then end!
2nd on the ShBlue (9mins behind Heather Gardner....) but I beat Hannah C-H, Katie W and Remmerson so happy :D

Such a bad run :/ Felt heavy from the start and never really got going! And calves were very tight so had to stop a few times to stretch out... Up to Yateholme, over the dam, up to Underhill, across the fields to Digley and home on the road.

No netball tonight because its half term! Bit of a shame really because I definitely could've done with a reason to get out the house and do some exercise.... I'm so bad when it comes to holidays D:
