Midland Champs. W16, 5.7km.
No mistakes of any note. Winning at the road crossing but lost 5 mins to Lucy Haines after that... Think I was running slower than I thought due to heavy legs from yesterday! Still happy with the result of 2nd, ahead of Laura King and Hindle., but wouldve liked to have been a bit faster.

Running warm up/down 15:00 [2] 2.0 km (7:30 / km)

Quickish jog to the start because I think it was longer than advertised... Arrived 1 min before my start :D

Burbage Mines first. Simple, Intermediate and Advanced contours. Mostly went quite well - especially when I was shadowed by Rachael and actually started making plans for legs....

Surprise View next. Only did one of the two loops because me and Michael found a basketball and got a tad distracted oops ;)

Burbage Boulders relay to finish. Two legs of 900m. Definitely found the second easier navigationally! And both of them were extremely tough going underfoot because it was just so brackeny!! D:

Final test. 12 minute run again and I improved by 300m so yay :D After this, I'm not sure how I managed to take 15mins for the Stockholm 3km time trial :/

Went with Jackals tonight so distance was further, but pace was still nice and easy. Also less stops than Tigers so was much better :D will definitely go with them now!
