Running warm up/down 10:00 [2] 1.5 km (6:40 / km)

Orienteering race 32:19 [4] *** 3.95 km (8:11 / km) +51m 7:41 / km
ahr:189 max:198 spiked:10/11c slept:6.5

Interland long, Le Bois des Dames - D16 (W17), 3.3km, 70m
Only a reserve for the team so was running in the open class as opposed to the actual Interland race. Ran the same course as the W17s just started at 11 instead of half 9!! Being a reserve, I decided my job was to prove that I should have been in the team so I set myself the target of being at least second English W16 ;) Nearly made the exact same mistake as yesterday straight out of the start because of the position of the start kite but realised straight away. Only mistake was #10 when I wasn't sure where to cut off the path. Went off too early but soon noticed I was on the side of the slope when I wanted to be on the top so fixed that issue and found the control straight away! Only lost ~40secs maximum. As the other W16s had finished before I left to the start, I knew what times they had all done so I knew when I finished that I had beaten Chloe and Katie meaning I would have been second behind Fiona!! So i was very pleased with my run as I had proved my point ;D Just the long journey home to look forward to.......

Orienteering race (Middle dist) 42:26 [3] *** 3.6 km (11:47 / km) +30m 11:19 / km

Interland 'warm up' middle distance, Bois de Verdrel - D16, 3.6km, 30m
Garmin didn't seem to record this race -.- so just used straight line distance. Never went out to race this so should've got the navigation right - but didn't:/ Messed the first control by going up the wrong path like so many others did! Stupid. Lost ~2mins. Overtaken by Fiona by 2 mins at this point already oops... Messed up #3 because it was vague and had no plan, lost ~2 mins. #10 (the first time into the centre control of the butterfly loop) I didn't have a plan again and went miles past it. Saw Chloe who had done the same and we went off and found it together! Lost ~3mins. Still didn't find it particularly well the next time coming into it either so probably lost another 30 secs here. Apart from this it was alright. The area was relatively runnable although my legs were too laggy after the long journey to move very fast! Still managed an 8th/20 somehow.... (Only 15 mins behind Julie woo)

Orienteering race (Night) 16:44 [4] ** 2.29 km (7:18 / km) +33m 6:49 / km
ahr:190 max:202

Interland night sprint! This was so much fun!! Raced this one pretty hard because it was so short and so enjoyable :D The areas was the woods surrounding the accommodation and they were similar to the middle race so really runnable! First mistake was #5 as I ran out the control in slightly the wrong direction and hit a path then didn't know which way to go along it and then (obviously) went the wrong way along it... Fortunately found #6 so then navigated back to 5 but this cost me about 1.5 mins! My only other major mistake was #10 which was the first control into the buildings. I'm not sure what happened but I got confused where I was and where I was meant to be going so stopped and thought about it and then took ages finding the control :/ lost ~30secs. Had a pretty good run though for me and I actually screamed when I got back and realised I had beaten Fiona by 13 seconds ;D Finished 2nd on the course :))

Running warm up/down 5:00 [2] 0.8 km (6:15 / km)

Netball (Giants) 1:00:00 [3]

Bit of 'not serious' match play with the third team. Then evil coach Linda arrived and made us do half an hour of drills. Then had over an hour of more matches with the thirds and firsts.

Running warm up/down (wu/wd) 10:07 [2] 1.38 km (7:20 / km)

Loop of Gynn Lane as warm up then just a jog back as warm down.

Running intervals (Station Road) 3:23 [5] 1.04 km (3:15 / km) +40m 2:44 / km
ahr:157 max:190 slept:8.5

Easy peasy harriers session, as is always the case on Station Road...
4 long sprints ~140m, 5m : 26, 26, 27, 27
5 short sprints ~100m, 4m : 19, 19, 19, 19, 18
Dad's still having a go at me that I need to do a harder session.. Which i would agree with -.- Although i dont think an easy tonight was such a bad idea
