Focussed on 'Fitness For Netball' tonight so no actual netball just a load of fitness! There were three different sections, one in each third of the court.
First section was split into three again - spending 5 mins on each. Firstly skipping. Then passing while on a wobble board, so 50 passes on two feet, 50 on the left leg and 50 on the right. Then passing while balancing on an upside-down bench! My three managed about 200 passes, however they fell off about 10 times each, while i stayed on the whole time :D
Middle third was a continuous circuit thing. So we had ladders, hurdles, diagonal runs, a sprint and a walk section in a circuit that we did continuously for 15 mins.
And the final third......... Jog, jog, sprint, sprint across the width of the court for 15 mins! This was shattering and especially after doing the circuit just before!
We probably had about 3 mins rest between each third.
Overall, very good and useful session!!
