Orienteering race (Night-O) 54:40 [4] 5.0 km (10:56 / km) +125m 9:43 / km

Northern Night Champs. Absolutely freezing due to the wind. Massive queue on the green because they didn't allocate start times, so i was stood around for about half an hour before i managed to start! Not helpful.... Guesstimated the distance but it was 3.4k straight. Massive cock up on the first control taking 15 mins:/ was a vague area and i had no attack point so ended up circling the control basically! Made other smallish mistakes and struggled a bit in the 1:4000 sprint section at the end, but when i was actually moving i felt pretty good! :))

Took ages to set up again.... Teacher annoys me because she wastes so much time!! :/ we had to go and find her to ask if we should start putting the nets and posts out -.- I've challenged her to a match though so hopefully that will happen soon! If i beat her she will buy me a big bar of chocolate ;D

Pretty rubbish session today.... Boring, very static drills and minimal game play:( Too many people if you ask me and only one coach!! (Evil coach Linda as well....) Didn't even break a sweat.

Hour lesson but first one so took aaaages to set up -.- played games for the remaining half an hour :D

Wasn't too intense but mum (being the teacher who runs it;) ) partnered me with an awesome year 7! So was more difficult than usual, plus it was roasting in the gym which made it a bit more uncomfortable playing...

Running hills (Holmfirth Harriers) 7:02 [5] 1.3 km (5:25 / km) +70m 4:16 / km

Not a particularly long amount of actual running but boy was it shattering!!! Did 4 loops of Steep Ridings (the name says it all btw.... "STEEP"-.-) at about 300m each. Never done the loop before so, stupidly, completely bombed the first and was first back... ;D already felt a bit dizzy :/ times were: 1m18, 1m27, 1m48, 1m42. Some serious inconsistency going on there! Definitely an area for improvement for next time me thinks.... ;) Then did 3 hill sprints of about 50m with roughly 10m of climb and times were: 16s, 16s, 15s so consistency a little bit better!! Completely dead by the end of it.

Run back: 6m45 (everyone was shattered at this point....)

Netball warm up/down (Kirklees) 10:00 [4]

The group didn't warm up properly apparently so evil coach Linda made us do a hardcore warm up.... Mind you, it could've been less hardcore but it was led by no other than moi!! Therefore i guess it was my own fault oops ;)

Netball (Kirklees) 45:00 [2]

2 hour sesh (4-6) but first half was just match analysis from our last tournament. Working on interceptions so quite a lot of sprinting and jumping drills..... Then did some match play:)
