Not a particularly long amount of actual running but boy was it shattering!!! Did 4 loops of Steep Ridings (the name says it all btw.... "STEEP"-.-) at about 300m each. Never done the loop before so, stupidly, completely bombed the first and was first back... ;D already felt a bit dizzy :/ times were: 1m18, 1m27, 1m48, 1m42. Some serious inconsistency going on there! Definitely an area for improvement for next time me thinks.... ;) Then did 3 hill sprints of about 50m with roughly 10m of climb and times were: 16s, 16s, 15s so consistency a little bit better!! Completely dead by the end of it.
