Keeping things ticking over. Deadlines leaving me knackered so no big miles but taking multiple days off in a row seems to leave my body confused and HR goes haywire when I start running again (happened the first time after I was stuck in quarantine after France in the summer). Sticking mostly to these little jogs to keep my mind and body happy :)

Final Winterlope of the winter season on Duddingston GC. All a bit close at the top of the leaderboard so wanted to really try and push hard on this one to get as many points as possible! Tried my best and fairly happy with the result, no proper nav errors just a couple of slightly wonky exit directions. Just going nowhere near the speed of the top guys on these super fast golf courses...
