Pentlands Wednesday long run with a MASSIVE group of girliess!! Parked at Flotterstone, up Turnhouse, Carnethy and Scald Law then dropped down to the valley and back along the reservoirs. Just loooooovely. And no pain from shin:)))

Slightly longer than intended and did not eat enough before so was on the verge of a bonk by the end. But the sight of some ultra runners still moving near the end of 57km kept me motivated...

Cramond parkrun. V happy with this!! Think I paced it okay, nice and symmetrical: 4.16, 4.29, 4.23, 4.29, 4.18. Strava reckons actually 21:53 for 5k hehe... But either way, around a minute quicker than my last parkrun in April (23 dead)!!
