Running 30:00 [5] 6.5 km (4:37 / km) +150m 4:08 / km

Harriers sesh. Thanks to Imogen we did longer distances today which does not suit me (even though to should...) 3 loops of 900m with 30m climb and 3 loops of 580m with 20m climb. About 4.5 mins for the 900s and 2.5 mins for the 580s. Think I was pretty much last in every set oops :/ Felt really sick tho after just eating my tea which slowed me down-.- i was fine on the hills, though, I was just somehow really slow running downhill?!

Running 15:00 [4] 2.36 km (6:21 / km)

Harriers sesh. Fast run to the start point which was only like 500m down the road. Did 5 hard sprints up a hill of slightly less than 200m. Average speed of about 29 secs for each. Then 3 (was going to be 5 but coach changed his mine-.-) of shorter ones at about 120m. Average speed of 19. Hard run back again. Didn't feel tired at the end so probably wasn't the best session in the world but at least i did something... :)

Orienteering race 1:11:38 [4] 5.7 km (12:34 / km) +190m 10:46 / km

Rishworth Moor. Wasn't really looking forward to it as my mum had been saying it was awful -.- Then the green course was full so I had to do the short blue.... Basically impossible to run the majority so (after catching mum up 6 mins by number 1) just went round with her. Had a nice chat on this awfully boring massively long leg... Then it became run-able and i dropped her and the rest of the people who followed me into the last control ;) until i missed a control and she caught me again! but i ditched her once again and was watiing at the finish for her :) was definitely very tiring and turns out my time wasn't actually too bad... third when i finished but dropped to 6th - 5 and a half mins behind Helen O who won :( definitely could've tried harder.

Running 46:46 [3] 4.0 mi (11:42 / mi)

Had a training day at school so decided that I probably ought to go for a run... Didn't know where I was going to go, so I just made it up as I went along. Felt really slow -.- Chose to go up two big hills which killed me, and then got a bit lost near the end and found myself going up yet another really steep road! Should definitely go more often - if only I could motivate myself to........

Running 25:00 [4] 4.0 mi (6:15 / mi)

Harriers sesh. Speedy run to the start - about 0.75 miles up a nice big hill. 5 sets of about 250m hills. Average speed of 50 secs. Pretty easy and felt really good. Overtaking people by the last hill. Even faster run back, back down the hill :D
