Note

Had a slight mishap at beerienteering and fell over... Smashed my knee which is now quite bruised and swollen oops. Went to netball training but couldn't run or move very well in general so just had to sit off. Will have to take a few days off exercise I think-.-

Making a one off appearance with the speedy ladies :O suuuper chill ride, just pootling along really. Surprisingly felt great up the climbs considering I haven't been on a proper ride in so long!!

5 x 3mins (3mins) + 4 x 30s (2mins) hills. Not feeling the best after morning training (as per usual) but grinded out the first couple with freya keeping me going. Then she left me and it got a bit difficult by myself but gritted my teeth and kept grinding it out. Managed to keep running on all reps so super happy!!

Pedley's training from last night that I missed. A fun route choice course and then some crazy bearings course with only thickets on the map... Bearings actually went very well (bar one control) but the legs were quite short. Obvs no kites out so also stopped at each control and checked the proper map to make sure I was in the right place! Good fun. Called it a day when it got dark.
