orienteering race 43:09 [5] **** 4.0 km (10:47 / km) +100m 9:35 / km
(injured) shoes: VJ Integrator2015

O-Ringen2015 - Day 5. Generally OK race in mixed terrain. One short 180 degree error, and one leg where I drifted off my bearing but was able to recover efficiently. Doing well in the "run-in" race, as usual ;-)

O-Ringen2015 Day 4. One 180-degree error cost me 3 minutes, as did some thrashing about on the second last real control (never learn!).
Placed 62nd out of 117 runners.

orienteering race 46:35 [4] *** 3.9 km (11:57 / km)
spiked:9/11c (injured) shoes: VJ Integrator

Day 3 at O-Ringen2015. Mixed terrain with lots of logging tracks - not my favourite. Less wet than previous maps. Missed two controls by drifting off my bearing and not staying in touch. Knee bothersome, and felt tired by the end. 39th/117 finishers

Day 2 at O-Ringen2015. Clean run - really tried to stay focused all the way. Easier terrain than the previous day. Placed 17th out of 117 finishers.

orienteering race 1:31:00 [4] 4.3 km (21:10 / km)

Day 1 of O-Ringen2015. Very technical terrain and excellent course, but I did a terrible job of it. Lost touch, lost confidence, got map turned around at one point!
78th/117 finishers.
