Notes regarding plan:

October is my unstructured, fun workout time.
Come November, I get back on it. Training hard and incorporating as many cheap races as possible....snowshoe, singe-event races.

4 bike workouts, 4 run workouts, 4 paddle workouts per week.

1: Long Session, 2: Easy/Recovery Session, 3: Skills-based Session - may also include researching and practicing certain items. 4: Interval Session - hard runs, tempo, track workouts, hills.

Paddle workouts may need to be weights if frozen, but as soon as possible, get on water.

This is a test entry. I'm going to try to start using Attackpoint as my training journal....because right now I use it sporadically at best. I'll probably begin recording consistently again beginning November. In the meantime, I'm going play outside & learn how to use Attackpoint to it's fullest. Now....let's see what this post looks like and where it goes when I click on submit....
