Running 35:04 [1] 5.26 km (6:40 / km)

Very easy run around Greenwich park. My hamstring feels a bit dodgy after the last few days. Will take it easy for a few days and just do very light running.

Cycling warm up/down 43:18 [2]

About 10 miles.

Orienteering race 1:05:00 [3] 11.34 km (5:44 / km)

Quite enjoyed this as a change. Massively underestimated how long it would take me to get back and ended up losing points.Looking forward to next months when I can do it with fresh legs.

Cycling warm up/down 50:00 [2]

Running warm up/down 4:00 [2] 0.8 km (5:00 / km)

Running race 1:24:55 [5] 13.1 mi (6:29 / mi)

Actually managed to beat Mo Farah and lead the biggest half marathon in the world for 10 seconds and about 100m. All a bit of fun. After that I tried to steady out my pace a little bit and ran as hard as I could. Forgot my garmin and didn't really know what pace I should be running at per mile. That made me run the first half too quick. Anyway still enjoyed the day.
