I'm really proud of myself for completing this. I thought it would wipe me out more physically, but I was still able to think relatively clearly by the end of the course. I had some weirdly dumb errors early on in the course, like taking wrong turns at TRAIL INTERSECTIONS what the heck. And completely forgetting where I was in the middle of a leg.
This morning was the second day of my PE class, but we didn't do much because our teacher was just showing us how to adjust and use all of the machines.
So I can't seem to catch a break. I was planning on doing 6-8 full-field sprints, but my left knee just died during the first one. I thought maybe it was just tight so I shook it out and did the second length. No better. I'm trying to stay healthy and injury-free this year since last year's injuries were so emotionally tolling. So I stopped immediately and jogged slowly back to my dorm. Really hoping for no pain this weekend and at NAOC.
First day of my intro to strength training PE class but we didn't do anything other than get a tour of the fitness center which I've already spent a lot of time in. We ended 30mins early so I did some biking and elliptical.

Silly me forgot my watch. I ran around the lake, then turned around and ran back around to the fitness center.

Around the lake. It was actually not sweltering today and there was a bit of a breeze so that was awesome. Because the majority of this route is on a trail, I'm hoping my left ankle will get a little stronger over time.
