I don't know why this says that I only ran 100 meters of climb because we were supposed to have 290.
I had an OK run but my knee is still hurting and I actually twisted my bad ankle for the first time in a while today (yay that it's been so long but still...ouch). I had to walk/slow jog a leg until it stopped being super painful and then the rest of the course I had to kind of tiptoe around so I lost time. I also had a few mistakes -- mostly route choice errors that involved me going through green instead of around it.

Walked/jogged around a yellow course with the middle schoolers. Very muddy!

Super painful knee -- took an ibuprofen. Soon I will be back in Cambridge with access to a physical therapist and everyone will be happy :)

Only a minute behind the leaders! I'm happy with this race, it felt clean and I pushed myself.
