Didn't go too well today. Still having trouble reading the contours. The newly clear-cut areas didn't bother me at all, just being able to read the contours and pick out the marshes from the rest of the moss covered ground. Trying to use my compass more.

Felt good to finally run just to run. I was starting to open up and go a little faster when we hit a bunch of staircases and I remembered we have a hill workout after this. The sights are really cool, especially from on top of the hill/mountain. The large ant hills are still scary though.

Light hill workout.
6 staircases of about 22ish seconds for the first 5 and 12 for the last one.
Then 5 sprints up the small ski slope. These were in pairs and no one beat me to the top, but I still need to swing my arms more.
Also found out what singing nettles are...
