Really slow warm up, feeling awful.

Going good till 6 when the control was in the wrong reentrant. Then my compass went haywire on 7 and took my in a 14 minute circle. After a few cuss words later and more hatred of spiders and underbrush, I decided to walk until it was clear enough to run. So basically no till the last two controls. I must reiterate that I really do not like spiders... Or ticks.

Skipped the last one because I was about to pass out. Connor Veith did the last one by himself but it was about 25 seconds slower than the rest.

Started feeling alright around mile 3 and had to slow down so I'm not tired for the workout tomorrow.

Scratched the workout, Connor wasn't feeling it either. I ran back to my car, drove home, colorful drive, then passed out at home. When I woke up I just tried to eat and drink a lot. But I wasn't dehydrated, so I don't know what it was. I didn't finish my breakfast and was only able to eat half of my lunch.
