Magazine Beach O. I felt a little sluggish but mostly moved pretty well, didn't cheat going through the gate from 2 to 3 (because I'd read ahead) via the crosswalk, and then ran mostly cleanly. Speedwork. Nils said it felt European using roads and streets.

There was a Brendan there who apparently just moved back! We might have a critical mass for some fall training this year.

Didn't sleep great, but headed to NP and definitely felt the not sleeping great.

Workout was run your birthday day to 1, then do burpies starting with 1 back, adding one each section.

This was hard.

Ran around the lake. Felt like garbage most of the way. Probably because it was still nearly 80 and humid.

After travel to Boston and travel to Maine I was tired and it was quite warm in the sun, but eventually I found a time for a nice, cool shady run. A lake was then jumped into.

"Okay so where is November Project?"

I walked to the window and pointed.

Nice when it's two blocks from the hotel.

It was the PR day, and we made it through more than 10 laps, and it got hard by the end. Attackpoint thinks we went orienteering, but I calculated that it's about 40' of climb per lap so that 10 laps would be 400 feet and Attackpoint got it right, despite janky GPS data. Pretty sure this is a blind squirrel finding a nut.
