Got the results of the PCR test last night and I am POSITIVE for COVID. I have to isolate at home until next Tuesday, as does Roslyn and Bethany being household close contacts. Timing of the iso could have been worse. At least I get most of my entry fees back from SL3/4 and cancelled my accommodation without penalty. And I should be good for the A3D champs over Easter.
Headlines: Medics on alert over double virus threat / Alpha-moe - Anamoe's ready to strut his stuff on weight-for-age stage (racing)

Started coughing last night and continued this morning. I got a phone call from Ron to say that Carmel had tested positive for COVID and she was only a couple of seats away when we went to the pub after the AAC was over. Did a RAT this morning but that was negative. I need to go to the doctor to get some medicine but they won't see me unless I also have a negative PCR test. Drove to West Pennant hills for that and am waiting for the result. Cough seems to have cleared up this afternoon, but I am feeling fatigued and have lost my appetite.
Headlines: Labor his the front / Need for speed - Ed Cummins sets Duais for Queen Elizabeth but fears lack of tempo in all-star affair (racing)

Berkeley loop (CW). Got caught out by the one-hour earlier sunset. Visibility was getting low towards the end of my usual turnaround point on the trail. Berkeley Close is a very long, steep hill (0.65km, +74m, 11.4%, 5:04). 21°C. TE 2.3.
