"Boggabiila Lansdowne Park". Div 3: 3.9km, 12c. 7th/29 (5:22 behind Iida Lehtonen). 13°C. TE 3.8. Took the track option whenever possibly as the bush option appeared uninviting.
#1 - Ran in the bush parallel to the powerline clearing which led straight to the dry WC. #2 - Minor track to clearing. #3 - Track around edge of lake, bush run to road crossing, follow minor track leading to pit. #4 - Track and road. #5 - Road and track. #6 - Followed wrong track and ended up too high (lost 1:20). #7 - Straight from road bend to creek. #8 - Followed E side of creek. #9 - Track up hill. After road crossing successfully pick the less thick route down hill between green areas. #10 - Tracks. #11 - Straight. #12 - Track back to start area, then road to pit (lost 30" when I missed a turn). #F - Straight. Best leg: #7 (2nd/29). Best pos: 6th/29 (#11).
Simon, Bob & I pick up 10-9-8 points in BNO's grand final match against SHOO/IKO to take out the 2018 Division 3 MetrO championship 32-23.
