Nail Can Hill Reserve, Albury. Tried to follow Steve a bit more closely than the last time I was here in Dec 2014. But this was impossible on the old, heavy, oversized Mongoose MTB. A couple of big crashes including over the handlebars when I ran into an unseen ditch. Landed on L shoulder and head. Will have some nice scratches/bruises in the Christmas photos. Trails up: Goat, Intenstine. Trails down: Dirt Luge, Trail Fairy, Shelob's Revenge, Low Range, Roxy's Ramble. 33°C. 17%rh. TE 3.2.
