Maitland-Bolwarra loop. Knee a little sore during the 2nd half of ride. OK on hills. OK recovery from Tuesday. (Feels similar to a little cartilage tear back in 1983-4. Once the swelling had gone down it took few months before the knee was strong enough to run with confidence. I still got the occasional twinge of pain over the next year or so.) 22°C. TE 3.8.
