Centennial Park. (Div 2, 4.9km, +68m, 14c.) Calf still a bit tight. Struggled to run fast. Overran #6 and lost about 3'20". Visited #7 twice. Lost about 20" pinpointing #9. 15th/27 in D2. Adam was 13th/35 in D1. In her first event for a while, Bethany was 8th/31 in D3.
