It wasn't a bad run in terms of how I felt. However, I do seem to have found myself distracted by other competitors in recent weeks and this time I ran past a control and mispunched.Given that this was really only preparation for the Lipica Open and the JK I guess it doesnt really matter too much.

Running felt fairly laboured but at least I was out.

Currently over weight. Target is to get back to normal weight of 82.6kg. Apart from being middle-aged, no idea how I ended up so heavy.
