gave it a lot well as much as my back would allow result 12th finally a good run this is where I feel I sould have been for most of the week but clearly I have been off my best - I know that sounds completely aragonite sorry

fell backwards down a dune and landed on a log but that is no excuse for my terrible run

very tired after the journey last night only 5hrs sleep. but I felt good and ready to start I was running very fast hit 1 and 2 on to 3 I felt I was flowing through 4 an5 fine then the disaster struck! over shot 6 by a long way hat to relocate 3 times running back and forth before getting it (-3.30mins) maybe tiring and if that wasn't enough I under shot 7 and had to relocated allot before I found it perhaps lack of confidents after 6 . but I am determined in the 6days to not beat my self up in the course and to forget each control as it past so pushed myself round the rest of the course making sure that I stayed concentrated through out.

quite annoyed on how stupid I was for 6 and 7 lost a lot of time. A mistake I will not make tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
