Ran a course by the Swiss team with no trails, in a very bushy area. At least the weather was nicer but I felt really slow still and uncertain.

Wing's weekly training. Flags still out so got the chance to run faster. Felt generally good but dropped 45 sec on the long leg in a newly logged area and another 30 sec on the next control. Otherwise would have been around the leaders.
