Pollok Parkrun. Quick start but feeling a bit jaded and settled into a steady jog. Very fast last km and decent enough time though. Either my Garmin is doing strange things or the course is 100m short.
SOL 3 at Loch Ordie. Brutal heather and poor race-eve preparation made this hard work. Lost a couple of mins too high at #1 but navigation ok after that. Took the path on the long leg. 18th/35, about 5 mins down on where I’d hope to be.
