Saturday May 28 #

off road 58:00 [3] 5.0 mi (11:36 / mi)

Ran with Pete from his house basically east - not really sure of route -but nice countryside

Friday May 27 #

flat efforts 38:00 [4] 3.5 mi (10:51 / mi)

Ran a clockwise circle from Bradley Stoke Leisure centre 9 x 2 mins

Thursday May 26 #

hill efforts 1:06:59 [3] 4.5 mi (14:53 / mi)

6 x Daffodil Hill. Found it much easier today - could have been the strong tail wind!

Wednesday May 25 #

1 AM

road run 7:00 [3] 0.5 km (14:00 / km)

Warm up a bit sub optimum
2 AM

orienteering race (Urban) 52:33 [5] 6.1 km (8:37 / km)

BOK urban at Weston. Went in part because Chris and Helen were organising. Quite a good varied race. A bit slow at the start as difficult to see detail in the park and lost a minute running past the last control (A bit surprised SI did not register) - some of steps a bit hard to pick out.
Ran into a bit of breathing difficulty near start but then settled into a steady if quite slow pace. Quite enjoyed the run but my enthusiasm for waiting till later in the day to run somewhat muted

Tuesday May 24 #

off road 40:00 [3] 3.5 mi (11:26 / mi)

Pyramid at Little stoke 30 secs to 3 min (x1) - knees bad and did not feel great - not helped by quite strong wind. Struggled through and completed the session

Monday May 23 #

off road 1:01:04 [3] 5.5 mi (11:06 / mi)

Ran with a much recovered Ash in Minehead -lift to top of hill and then loop round and down

Sunday May 22 #

off road 1:10:12 [3] 6.5 mi (10:48 / mi)

Ran CW N from Old Sodbury -ran to the bottom of the zig zags 36.00 mins and then pack. Trying to keep up decent pace
