off road 10:00 [2] 1.0 km (10:00 / km)

Short warm up as running late
2 AM

orienteering race 1:22:30 [4] 7.2 km (11:28 / km)

Late decision to go to MLS at Pyestock last visit was poor and so thought this was an opportunity to gain redemption but alas poor again. What is there about this area that I find so difficult (but seemingly others don't
Start to 1 left start at least 45 degrees in wrong direction but relocated but then snagged in gorse. (-3 mins)
Control 3 went straight to AP (a pond) missed control ands associated features, hit road -really confused, eventually realised a bit ti the south (-6 mins)
Control 6 took straight route and then lost direction going through gorse (-5mins).
Rest really not too bad but damage done and did not pick up time or places Ugh
