Run with Dave and Celia from Princess Risborough taking in Whiteleaf Cross and Comb Hill. Not very quick but good and steady on a delightful sunny afternoon and the longest run for some considerable time. Pleased that although knees quite sore on hard ground completed in one piece
Run from Swineford on nice sunny day. Time a bit artificial because I had to stop twice on the hill to take shoe off and sort spike in sock (no doubt ex Gower and untroubled by washing machine). Still nice summers da , dry, pushed and pleased by the time. A good training session
A chatty run with Chris and Helen over the Mendips. basically Tinsel Trot with short cut on the way back Lovely sunny day, dry and fast. Chris was in a different league but an enjoyable potter for me
BOK run from Blathwayt Arms, this time down to Weston, CW, Round Hill and racecourse. Pleased to run steadily up the hill. As ever great views from the top this time in the twilight
British Middles at Chinley ran early, and alone in quite thick mist, found field sections more tricky than expected. Good fun but not best way to fast time . Knees seemed terrible -from yesterday?? so seemingly very slow where I should have been fast
