off road 2:35:00 [2] 12.0 mi (12:55 / mi)

CW with Dave and Celia from Wotton under edge to Old Sodbury. Really like this leg and we kept a good pace -its a shame that it was a murky day as the great views were not at there best

Note

Coughing and sneezing maybe starting a cold -odd at this time of year

Friday Aug 17, 2018 #

off road 1:35:00 [3] 8.0 mi (11:52 / mi)

Ran with group of chums from Burrington Combe - Tinsel Trot but finished over the Ham - time a bit of a guess because of lots of stops. Very sociable

Mark had his collection of this seasons maps -tremendous not really time to study but wetted the appetite

Thursday Aug 16, 2018 #

Tuesday Aug 14, 2018 #

off road 57:20 [3] 6.0 mi (9:33 / mi)

BOK run from Frampton Coterell

Monday Aug 13, 2018 #

off road 1:19:00 [3] 7.0 mi (11:17 / mi)

Frome Valley run: Purdown, Eastville Park, a little of Oldbury Court and straight back. This run has quite a few (if little) hills and neither my body nor my knee seemed terribly prepared for this....still just need to keep training ticking over in August and think about Sept in Sept

Sunday Aug 12, 2018 #

off road 53:42 [3] 5.0 mi (10:44 / mi)

Purdown, feeling a bit below par today and wet am. Cancelled plan to go orienteering not difficult to do this with current lack of enthusiasm. Ran late in the day and only did two hills and twice through the wood
