Oldbury Court 11 x 2 mins with 90 secs. Though I was going quite well but then I turned back into the wind and I did not seem to be covering as much distance
I guess any training/ exercise in the next days is going to be adhoc - normally finishing work is an incentive to get out into the country side and train tn the light - I don't expect to be too fussed about that this year
off road1:05:28 [3] 6.0 mi (10:55 / mi)
Purdown standard route including 2x wood. Quite heavy legged today and muddy so not a particularly good time but probably does not matter a jot
Run from Clapton in Gordano - old race route (so up by golf course rather than Ifor's steep hill and with diversion around Cadbury Camp. 56.53 for the actually route. Trying quite hard. Weak sunshine as the fog had cleared so ideal for running

off road (headlight) 52:00 [3] 4.8 mi (10:50 / mi)
BOK Curry run from Westbury - Downs and then just touching Blaise and back - never understand why we are worried about getting to the curry house early perhaps its a fear that it will shut, but we always are. A gentle potter not helped as my headlamp has broken and spare needs new batteries
Needed to do something a bit different than standard, plod around Purdown so late desicion to do efforts 11 x 2 mins with 1 min. Had intended to do 10 and so did one more (but then intended to do 12 but getting quite ropy and so left the last one out)
CW North from the Dog -a foggy colder day (and ran in more layers than recently). Took 41.45 to the turn -I think the last time I did this route was 45 mins - so I had gone out quite quickly so took opportunity to push hard on the way back. Quite suprised with the quick time back. (The total does vary with exactly where I park but would be surprised if this was as much as a minute) Clearly a good way to get rid of a bit of frustration
