Tinsel Trot from top car park -quite dry about 65 to the top. Could feel calf for last 10-15 mins so did not push. Nice day for running between showers. Tired afterwards

orienteering (Urban) 50:00 [4] 6.0 km (8:20 / km)

Bradley Stoke Leisure centre - warm up and run round Keith's course - as good as any set before or since. I guess that I may have run it a couple of times now -so perhaps getting a bit familiar - felt as though the sustained running was quite taxing so quite pleased and surprised to find 40.46 on the watch at the end

Ashton court - as ever included some climb Calf cramped up a bit towards end so cut out intended loop and headed for the car

Very ratty and late after a frustrating day at work
Windy so went to Oldbury Court. Calf a little sore and maybe a little tired so in discretion v valour kept in short and slow. Nice run though and good for relaxation and life expectancy.

Compton Dando BOK run beautiful countryside great to be out. Allyson Symonds led the run. She is a very strong runner

off road 59:55 [3] 5.5 mi (10:54 / mi)

Very heavy traffic so ended up running from Blaise car park. Lots of climb on this one. Either running a bid harder or struggling on hills not really sure which. Good choice of run -enjoyed it

Pete and Jo organised run from Charterhouse onto Mendips including start and finish of Muddle. Appreciated and enjoyed
