From Swineford, North Stoke, CW, Race Course, Round Hill, North Stoke, Golf Course, Upton Cheyney, Swineford.
Breathing bad at start but ok on later hills -very enjoyable. Slow time but very wet and muddy

Abbeywood -first cold night of winter- so had to stop and take my extra layers off!! Breathing bad in middle but ok at end. Explain that!
Not very keen to go out tonight!

BOK run from Mill House- nice run along river up gully, across Downs and back along Portway. Alas headlight is confirmed dead. Good crowd

Odd session but raises pace a bit

Note

Ran with large BOK crowd followed by lunch at the Swan at Rowborrow. Very wet, running water on paths etc, out for a good honest time. Lots of delays due to Pete's shoe breaking, almost everyone falling over. Will copy Mark's time/ distance. Very enjoyable.
OK till steep steps down from the hill fort- had not taken Ipobrufen and the short distance back to pub in difficulty

Mendips: Mark -reckons about 16 km -lots of water and mud and stops
