Team Hallet training day at Llangattock A remarkable day a mixture of strong winds, blue skies, driving hail & snow showers (luckily in the BOK tent for worst). Many thanks to Jackie, Clive and Michael for the major effort of putting this on. Very much enjoyed it. Control Pick 1 first

Control pick 2 finished about 15.30 Travelled with Pete- as always good company Good day out Knees a bit sore again by the end.
Purdown, quite a bit with the headlight. A bit slower-not really concentrating and pottering along. Still 3 hills. Have been noticing my shin is a bit sore -intervals? need to keep a watching eye.
BOK run -mystery run from a Hungry Horse pub on A4. Probably S to Whitchurch village, Stockwood & Briz. (but who knows) - mostly on cycle tracks so quite flat & quick so a little longer that usual. Well done to Jackie for suggesting and implementing a new route.
BAWA field 9x2mins with 90 secs. No quite so good as last time but a useful session in the gloom. Some acrid smoke obscuring part of the field. Another car meets its maker in Southmead?
Went to Merthyr Mawr with Laura. A glorious morning. Ran Mark's Brown course it was really, really good -great planning. I had previously run some legs but not the whole course, Thoroughly enjoyed the run. (I guess it helps knowing what the sites are like, you don't fuss checking you are in the right place). Used the 1:7500 map. Time is a guess
