Weak on climb during week so ran from Swineford, North Stoke, racecourse, Round Hill, Weston,Round Hill, North Stoke, Back so lots of climb. Very dry.'Top of the ridge', run so great view. Not too bad a time
Purdown started in the light finished in the pitch with the Petzel but how nice to run in the light. Purdown almost bone dry so really enjoyed the run Went through the wood first and past the searchlight platforms.

Cym Lickey - typical Old Saunders planning- best planner in BOK by some distance.Good to do some mountain orienteering for a change. Cool crisp day. New map very clear and consistent. Needed to navigate all the way lots of variety. In the twiddly bits both at start and finish. Knees really not good. Fell away late in course and weary at end
