A week best least said about Time for a posi tive mental attitude So extended Tinsel Trot in the Mendips. Only heavy snow near Tynings farm but no shortage of very very wet ground.Quite warm but whole new meaning to cold feet 75 mins to top.

Black, black day. The glimmer of hope that just somehow, somehow it might not be Rachel has been extinguished.
No heart for running or really anything else
Someday we may reconcile that she did more in a third of a life that most in a full and that our whole family delighted in her joy but not this day. Today we will cry because we will miss the sparkling eyes and huge grin be angry that life is so unfair and cruel. Today we will think of her family in the hope that it will somehow ease their pain.
A lot of fun has left the world

Rollick conundrum solved by cancellation. Jo rang and arranged for a run and Sunday lunch at the Swan at Rowberrow. Great company -ran pretty much staright up the Mendip via Tynnings farm and back round the bottom of Rowberrow foresr -some heavy snow but the heavy mud masked.Quite a bit of looping but two Hallets to chase
