BORED. Riding my new bike home tomorrow from swinnertons which should be good then hoping to get back to running by the weekend. Achilles still not great but we'll see.

Easy follow the dog with Bish. Nothing intense as the Achilles is still iffy. Gutted not to be heading to the JIRCs. First night ride anyway and it was really good fun. Will probably get a better head torch as mine wasn't the best.

Easy. Getting colder but still nice. Up to Penk Bank Rd and back down Sherbrook. Garmin died so rough estimates. Achilles not so great today, lots of funny twitching and painful when pushing off. Still icing.
