Orienteering race (WMJS tour race) 50:31 [5] ***** 4.3 km (11:45 / km)
19c slept:8.0 shoes: VJ Sport IRock

WMJS tour race on a different area, Whiteford Burrows. In some parts forested but mainly open sand dunes. It was technically a difficult area, but i did alright, and lost time at 5 controls, but nothing too major (mainly 2-3 minute mistaes). With features looking so alike, i need to work on distance judgment and decisiveness, but I learnt a lot from the camp.

After a long drive, we arrived at Broughton Burrows in Gower.First exercise of the WM junior squad tour to Wales was a route marked on the map, with no control sites just the route. sections in green was easy and regroup, orange 85% and red 100% effort. It was a nice intro to the area. About half the group did this.
