The effort didn't seem as difficult today, not to downgrade some of the moves. What was difficult was round 2, prone with feet on exercise ball, and bringing knee to elbow 10x each leg.

A little easier today, which was good, because my hamstrings and upper body are quite sore from yesterday's session with Jared. He really works my upper body every week, and I think this is extremely helpful when try to propel myself up and down hills without injury. But it still hurts.

Put out controls for tomorrow's O'Bunny. Would have done it faster, but one control didn't have a flag, and I had to make my fourth trip to the house to find one. Somehow, even without dog walking, I have put on over 12,000 steps today.

Spring break, so I had my session in the morning. Good agility and balance today. Some of the new moves were not much fun--one really grabbed my lower hamstrings, and almost felt like a cramp coming on.

Yesterday I was doing aerobic house cleaning, and my calves were sore, anyway.

A really tough day. I stayed in the red for three of the rounds, and bested yesterday's CHOW from 39 to 46. This was jab, cross, up-down counts as one.

Since I spent my entire day working on taxes (gee, that was fun), I hadn't taken Elray out for our usual Sunday walk. So we walked all over the six acres and I put out tapes for the O'Bunny. This was one of the first maps I made, and it is really bad and needs lots of work. Not now--maybe for Thanksgiving. It was fun to get out in the woods, and Bob and I both have taxes signed, and ready for the post office tomorrow.
