http://connect.garmin.com/modern/#activity/6324992...

Cold out at 11am, but boss needed a ride home after work. I am glad that he made that request, because I would have been trying this in a cold rain at 4pm!

12 PM

Ex Bike 30:00 [3]

30 minutes on the bike in the gym afterwards coming in out of the cold.

Weights 45:00 [3]

I have not been neglecting my body despite the lack of O for the past several months. Still doing this 2 times a week.

Walk/Jog Mix 32:02 [2] 2.67 mi (12:00 / mi) +20m 11:43 / mi

After suffering through annoying achilles tendonitis since May, I finally feel OK enough to re-start the imfamous couch to 5K program:

Amazingly enough, I appear to be somewhat faster than a year ago. Cardio-wise, piece of cake. Actually felt good. I think part of it is that last year I was starting this program having come of my torn gastroc at Ridley death park four weeks previous. I still monitor that muscle in the back of my mind.
4 PM

Ex Bike 30:00 [3]

Needed more fat burned, so felt OK enough to x bike it.
