60 minutes of spin to see how things feel. R achilles got a little tight about 45 minutes in and then felt better. I am glad I broke yesterday up into 3 manageable bites with some stretching.

It was a full day. Ran start for a couple hours, then ran Brown (took it a touch easier due to the other stuff I would be doing like the Contour only course and a fair bit of control pickup):
