Saw that the plows did a good job on our street and a guy running his dawg at lunchtime. So, I ventured forth. Definitely felt my cold on the running parts, but I felt much better after I did. I guess the hood is OK to jog/walk in, better than indoor track, but not as nice as fields and woods.
