W1 D2 of Couch to 5K. Felt a little better yet today. Only felt tightness in the left calf on the last run interval and overall felt faster. Got to the house at 2.46 miles and I needed to go down a couple houses to get to 2.5 miles on the dot.
This was first for me, jogging in a snow squall (a mild one). Pretty cool and surreal. I had walked/hiked in the snow before, but not this. So, I also think I have the right amount of layers for 30 deg F with a windchill of 22 and a walk/jog. Only a tiny bit sweaty.
