Did 45 on the bike with no tightness in mr. badcalf. 22.5 at the normal pre-injury intensity. Just wish the weather would break a bit so I can do some walking. Snow shoveling coming up soon - feeeellll the burn. ;-)
Back in the saddle gingerly. Went 30 minutes at the easy level at the home bike. Some pedal position gave the occasional sting, but at least I worked up a sweat.
