Knees a little sore today after running the rocks at Warwick. Decided to just melt fat.

Decided I needed some more exercise after the Orienteering event.

Orienteering race 1:11:22 [3] 5.23 km (13:39 / km) +160m 11:50 / km

Warwick Event for DVOA. Ran Green for the first time after starting at Yellow and progressing through Orange last year. Did better than I expected - beginner's luck perhaps - although it was great fun to be off trail 80% of the time to learn technique. Good workout on the uphills, actually tried jogging a couple times on the safer areas (trail or downhill). Only blew one control (#15) badly, but evenutally got it. Some caution in other areas probably hurt my time as well, but I do not yet know enough to be analytical about it.
