Ex Bike 18:00 [4]
Been trying to up my high energy portion of my ex bike rides lately by doing some intervals. In the 60 minute sessions, I go 2 minutes normal, 1 minute at the next higher level to build my ability to get up hills a little better once the weather gets nicer. Would have loved to go for a walk today, but drizzlefest kind of nixed that... Maybe later.
