Managed to walk the halls in the building I was in for training and also going from car to lab to training building. Pretty cold in Alientown.

This week will be lame, exercise wise. Very cold temperatures prevent the lunchtime walk and being locked down in training limits when I can hit the gym. Oh well, the price for being capable.
