Took afternoon off to greet college returning son and went for a walk down through the Little Lehigh, up by Queen City, over to Emmaus Avenue and back through South Mall where I got some tingly shampoo and a haircut. Enjoying the decent weather as long as it lasts!

Lunchtime walk - wind out of North, Clear to the north, clouds to the south. Take advantage of the decent days prior to snowy weather. :-)

Pushing the intensity up a bit by blending in briefer 30 second intervals every 3 minutes. It will help me on some of the uphills for O.
